Code of Conduct

General Rules: No fighting

  • Be courteous
  • No running in halls or classrooms
  • Leave class only with permission
  • Dress appropriately for the weather
  • Always obey teachers, supervisors & safety patrol
  • No Gum
  • Walk quietly and speak softly in halls
  • No dangerous items allowed at school
  • No booing, whistling, or disrespect during assemblies
  • Stay on school grounds unless excused through the office
  • Respect the property of others

Playground Rules:

  • Use playground equipment safely
  • Stay on playground and field areas
  • Play away from the building
  • No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, wheelies, heelies, or scooters
  • No tackle games
  • No throwing snowballs, rocks, or other objects
  • No climbing on fences, walls, or trees

Lunchroom Rules:

  • Keep all food and drinks in the lunchroom
  • Leave no trace
  • Clean and stack trays, dishes, and utensils
  • Throw all trash in garbage cans
  • Do not change menu choice

Before & After School Rules:

  • Cross streets only at crosswalks and corners
  • Watch carefully for cars and other traffic
  • Walk on sidewalks
  • Obey crossing guard and safety patrol
  • Use the proper grade/classroom entrance and exit
